BEFORE ARRIVAL

MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT TO CHECK IN?

One must be 21 years of age.

HOTEL ACCESSABILITY FEATURES

Dedicated parking space near entry and accessibility ramp. One handicap accessible guest room. No elevators.

HOW MANY GUESTS ARE ALLOWED IN THE ROOM?

Hotel policy allows:

STANARD QUEEN- a maximum of (2) two guests over the age of 12.

STANDARD KING- a maximum of (2) two guests over the age of 12, and (1) guest 12 or younger per room.

TWO DOUBLES- a maximum of (4) four guests over the age of 12, and (1) guest 12 or younger per room.

If there are more than 2 people, regardless of age, there will be an additional charge of $10.00 plus tax per additional guest, per night. A roll-a-way bed is available for $25.00 plus tax, per night, in the STANDARD KING and TWO DOUBLES ONLY.

ARE PETS ALLOWED?

As much as we love them, pets are not allowed on property. We apologize.

DO YOU HAVE SMOKING ROOMS?

No, we provide our guests with a smoke-free environment. Although smoking is not allowed inside the hotel, guests are permitted to smoke outside in a designated spot in our courtyard.

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT?

Check-in is at 3pm, Check-out is at 11am.

WHY IS A CREDIT CARD NUMBER REQUIRED?

All room reservations are to be guaranteed by a valid credit card. Your credit card is not charged at the time of reservation, and is used as a guarantee that a room will be held in advance of your arrival. However, the credit card will be charged only if pre-payment is required for a specific rate, or in the event that you do not cancel your reservation within the stated cancellation time period and do not check in.

WHAT IS YOUR DEBIT CARD POLICY?

A valid credit card is required to check-in. However if a debit card is presented at check-in, there will be a pre-authorization hold that will be placed on the account for incidental charges incurred during your stay. This will immediately put a hold on funds with your banking institution and could potentially cause an overdraft for which El Primero Hotel will not be responsible.

NOTE:

  • The preauthorization amount during your stay will be $150.00.

  • Depending on your bank, it could take up to 10 business days to release the funds.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

You may cancel free of charge outside 72 hours before the check-in date.  If you cancel within 72 hours prior to the check in day, the credit card on hold will be charged for one night's at the maximum amount.

WHAT AMENITIES DO YOU OFFER IN EACH ROOM?

All of our rooms include COX Cable, free local calls, eco-friendly toiletries and a hairdryer. An iron and ironing board are available upon request.

HOW MUCH IS WIFI?

Complimentary High-Speed Internet access is available throughout the hotel.

ARE REFRIGERATORS AVAILABLE?

The STANDARD KING and TWO DOUBLES rooms have a refrigerator.

DO YOU SERVE BREAKFAST?

No. We do provide coffee, tea and hot water in the morning in our lobby. Thank you for understanding.
